The quality of any formed, blanked, coined or stamped part is directly related to the forming force applied to it. Our in-die systems include the monitoring techniques required to accurately measure and control the forces developed at each sensor location. Helm systems ensure consistent part quality production while guarding against costly tooling damage and machine repair.
The Autograph system features signature analysis on a full color touch screen display. All power supply and machine output relays are included in this self contained system
For multi-channel applications, the SCM modules are rack mounted and interfaced to the remote display.
SCM module installed in cabinet and integrated with PLC machine control. Up to four channels of monitoring available per module.
HM-604 and HM-1520 strain gage input modules for the Allen-Bradley SLC-500, Micrologix and CompactLogix controllers. Each module has two independent channels of monitoring with high and low setpoint.
